It was a great stay! The hotel had a spacious room with a lift available for convenience. The location was perfect with easy access to the city center without much traffic. I enjoyed the responsive reception and the friendly staff were very helpful. Plus, the hotel was kept clean and had all the essential facilities including transportation.

The experience was bad since the receptionist couldn't speak English and caused us some trouble while checking in. the bathroom had some issues with both cold and hot taps where the water was excessively hot.
